IDEAS StoryAnalytics Master Rick Stone will be facilitating a storytelling hour sponsored by the Winter Park Historical Association featuring six Winter Park High School graduates on Friday February 15, 2013 at 11:30am at the Winter Park Welcome Center. A nationally recognized speaker, Rick is the founder of the StoryWork Institute and Imagine This Company. Rick has been a featured speaker for organizations such as National Patient Safety Foundation, Institute for Healthcare Improvement, National Perinatal Association, National Association of Family Wealth Counselors, National Hospice Organization (NHO), Leadership Development Conference, NHO Spiritual Caregivers Conference, Picker Institute, End of Life Care Coalition, Ohio Hospital Association, Creating Healthy Communities Fellowship/American Hospital Association, Patient Safety Fellowship/American Hospital Association, Federal Executive Institute, Special Libraries Association, Medical Library System of New York, Georgia Gerontology Society, Association of Personal Historians, Alliance for Healthcare Strategy and Marketing, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. A key member of the IDEAS team since 2003, Rick is currently developing StoryCare™, an innovative program for driving behavioral change among staff to improve patient safety and satisfaction. In his time at IDEAS Rick has been instrumental in some innovative and meaningful projects including Walter Reed Army Medical Center, American Red Cross, and Novant Health.
