Shirley Decker Nominated for Women Who Mean Business Award

IDEAS EVP, Business Development Shirley Decker has been nominated for the Orlando Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business Awards in the Business Executive Category. The 14th annual awards will take place on April 19, 2012 at the Rosen Shingle Creek. Finalistst will be selected shortly and will be recognized during the program and be given an award on stage. From the group of finalists one person will be named Central Florida’s Business Executive of the Year for 2012. Additional categories include Business Owner and Woman to Watch of the Year. Shirley, and all of the nominees, will be profiled in the April 20 issue of the Orlando Business Journal.

In its 14th year the Orlando Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business Awards recognizes professional women based on business accomplishments, community service and personal accomplishments. Nominees come from Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Lake counties in Central Florida.
