Mayor Welcomes IDEAS to Orlando

Mayor Welcomes IDEAS to Orlando

Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer welcomed IDEAS to Downtown Orlando Thursday at an event at the new IDEAS studio on Concord Street. IDEAS recently relocated to Downtown Orlando after 7 ½ years in its previous home on the backlot of Disney’s Hollywood Studios (formerly Disney-MGM Studios) at the Walt Disney World® Resort.

“We are thrilled to be in Downtown Orlando now,” Bob Allen, Owner and Principal Executive of IDEAS noted. “One of the most important elements of a successful story is the setting – for access to international markets and a unique combination of support to industry, there is no better and more nourishing setting than Orlando for the continuance of our story.”

IDEAS will continue working in the same disciplines – entertainment, learning, and marketing – while utilizing its new location to expand its offerings to clients and further develop their own intellectual property.

“Bringing IDEAS – this innovative and inventive company downtown, builds on the City’s digital media industry and our plans to develop the Creative Village, a place where high-tech, digital media, and creative industry companies integrate with residential, retail, and education in a neighborhood that is connected to the surrounding community and globally plugged in,” said Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer. “Thank you IDEAS for joining our vision for Orlando and being one of the first building blocks of the Creative Village Downtown.”

IDEAS is now located at 64 E. Concord Street just off Orange Avenue and Colonial Drive in Orlando, Florida.
