By Bob Allen

IDEAS Chief Storytelling Officer Bob Allen has been selected as one of the keynote speakers for the inaugural OrlandoiX Festival October 2 – 6, 2015 in Orlando. Allen, along with executives from the NFL, Coca Cola, and Dell, are part of the slate for the five-day conference showcasing advancements in interactive media, digital arts, and entertainment technology.

“I’ve spoken in front of groups from the U.S. Air Force, to Marketing Executives, to Personal Chefs and at a TEDx conference. But to be part of this group, for this conference’s first year, in our hometown is meaningful,” noted Bob Allen, Chief Storytelling Officer of IDEAS. “We have been saying for years, there is a blending of technology, entertainment, and even modeling and simulation and this event will tell that story. The same people that work on a mobile app work for the Department of Defense and the virtual reality game that you play for entertainment is now being reworked to train the military. Those worlds have come together and this conference showcases this meld .”

OrlandoiX is a five-day series of conferences and exhibitions showcasing advancements in interactive media, digital arts, and entertainment technology. OrlandoiX serves as a catalyst for digital innovation and creativity in Orlando and beyond and builds connections between worldwide digital industry leaders.
