IDEAS Assistant Editor Rebecca Hodges will be speaking on a Microbudget Screenwriting Panel at the StarLite Film Festival on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 11:00am. This one-of-a-kind micro-budget film festival promotes the screening and development of feature length narrative films that are produced, shot, and completed for a total budget of less than $100,000.
