Charles is a hands-on project manager that works collaboratively with his clients and project teams. With 25 years of experience in; executive live event visual support, video production, eLearning and web development his projects frequently cross all areas of IDEAS production studio. Having a natural entrepreneurial spirit, Charles frequently finds unique solutions to meet project development goals. For Charles a successful project is one which is not only on time and on budget but is also impactful and meaningful in personal way to the viewer. Some of his favorite clients include, Florida Division of Emergency Management, Hill-Rom and Walt Disney World Security. When Charles is not in the office he can be found volunteering with his family at church or other nonprofit organizations.
