Duncan has 20+ years experience designing and producing digital media, signature events, and destination experiences for clients ranging from Spaceport America, Siemens Corporation, Naval Warfare Development Command, Novant Health, and CDC and was also the lead writer for 26 episodes of Adventure to Fitness. His background as a writer and stage performer has honed his knack for understanding audiences and his ability to immerse himself inside the story of a project makes him a formidable advocate for our clients. Duncan is involved in many of our concept development and experience design projects, serving as both guru and grunt in developing the distinctive concepts and experiences IDEAS clients have come to expect. Duncan is also currently developing StoryCare™, an innovative program for driving behavioral change among staff to improve patient safety and satisfaction. Not one to shy away from a challenge, Duncan has just about done it all – from improv comedy to smothering his body with peanut butter while singing on stage at the Super Bowl.
