Too Much Confusion

The leading killers of affluent societies are heart disease, cancer and diabetes, all aggravated by obesity. What if there was one solution to all of these ills? What if it required no drugs and no surgery? What if we could eat those problems away? This edgy, current and sometimes shocking documentary, Too Much Confusion will tell the story of T. Colin Campbell, a leading expert on how the foods we eat relate to our health. After decades of research, Dr. Campbell, the son of a dairy farmer and a college professor, believes that if we follow a plant based, whole foods diet, we can live longer and avoid such killer diseases. The film will trace Dr. Campbell’s research in the United Kingdom and China while interviewing opposing experts from government agencies, meat and dairy advocates and ordinary people whose lives have been changed by following Dr. Campbell’s findings.

The debate over health and food is intense and intimidating. The stakes couldn’t be higher and the future of the world’s population hangs in the balance. Who’s right? How do we fix the problem? Produced by Integrity Arts Films, Too Much Confusion will offer solutions from both sides of the meat vs. veggie wars and pose the question, if Dr. Campbell is right, why don’t more people know about his findings and his book, “The China Study”; the most comprehensive study of health and nutrition in the history of medicine?
