Perfect Tracker™

While this product was originally developed for those of us who have the need to sell or distribute eLearning products beyond our own organizations, it’s an inexpensive way to track learners inside an organization too. Unlike traditional learning management systems, this one has no annual maintenance or per-user fee. We’ll license it to you, and even customize it for you if you wish, and you can put it on your own server so you can make it as secure as you want.

It allows for five levels of users (master administrator, senior and junior administrator, organization contact person, and learner). It automates processes and allows learners to self-register with a database generated activation code which allows you to protect your learning assets without making the registration process cumbersome.
