Hire Authority

Hire Authority, a company specialized in teaching employers how to improve their hiring skills and dedicated to helping high achievers exceed their potential, decided to redesign two face-to-face workshops so they could be delivered in an online environment.

The first course, “Interviewer Training for Hiring High Performers,” teaches employers how to accurately assess job applicants using a process known as Motivation-Based Interviewing to identify and hire High Achievers. The second course, “Experience the Attitude,” gives individuals an opportunity to explore their own attitude and discover how to maximize their greatest potential. Given the importance of these topics, it was of the utmost importance to make these two courses engaging, relevant, and useful for the learner.

These online courses were designed using various characters, an original photo shoot at IDEAS’ studio, interactive exercises, and first person accounts from the founder of the company in order to meet the objectives of the course and provide learners with a real-world perspective of these topics.
