Harmony, FL

In just under 60 days, IDEAS developed an entire brand positioning, property development plan, community charter, and produced a large-scale launch event on behalf of investors and builders of the new town of Harmony, Florida.

Harmony, Florida was one of the state’s first eco-friendly residential developments, carved from a historic hay farm, its 11,000 acres was consciously designed to have a peaceful balance with animals and nature. Thousands of acres of this community were designated as open space, for the benefit of residents and visitors.

The town includes a world-class Johnny Miller-designed golf course along with multiple subdivisions and a high school. Located just 30 minutes from Central Florida’s world-famous attractions, Harmony, Florida gives residents a peaceful country living while being close to endless entertainment.

The press event included a 2,500 square foot natural environment within a hotel ballroom. IDEAS designed everything from road names to signage, builder’s kits to websites and billboards – the Harmony launch was a major success and enabled the developers to open their first 3 neighborhoods ahead of schedule.
