eSchool Solutions

eSchool Solutions is an innovative company focused on creating efficient and effective administrative tools for school districts. As they approached the redesign of their employee/substitute tracking system, SmartFindExpress™, they needed an entire suite of tools to help their trainers and their users. eSchool Solutions needed to meet the needs of their existing customers as they transitioned them from their current system to the upgraded version. They also had to provide new customers with comprehensive and user-friendly training tools as they implemented the system for the first time.

The first task was to create a set of print based documents to guide both existing and new customers through an introduction of the most necessary features of their new product, including self guided PowerPoint Presentations, scripts (for trainers), to-do lists, and templates. The second assignment was to design and develop four interactive training products so all users of their new system would have real-time training tools available to them at all times.
