IDEAS announced it is launching a professional development speaker series called IDEAS On… The series will feature a once a month half day seminar on various topics that the IDEAS team has specific expertise on, including branding, storytelling, innovation, social media for business, and service excellence.
“Professional development is something people are searching for and we believe we have experience in a number of subjects and we want to share that knowledge,” commented Bob Allen, Chief Storytelling Officer of IDEAS. “We’ll be presenting on topics that members of our team talk about regularly at speaking engagements in front of large audiences. Time and money is at a premium so IDEAS On … is going to be affordably priced and each seminar will be a short, concentrated half day that will give people specific knowledge on topics they can take back to their jobs immediately and begin using.”
Scheduled to begin in August, IDEAS On … will be held the second Tuesday of each month from 8:30am – 11:30am at the Downtown Studio of IDEAS. Speakers throughout the series will include Chief Storytelling Officer Bob Allen, CEO Phil Ruggieri, COO John Lux, EVP, Business Development Shirley Decker, to name a few. Other members of the IDEAS team will also be featured throughout the series. The announcement of the first topic, along with the opening of registration, will come in early July.
