As CEO of IDEAS, Phil is tasked with fueling our growth and expansion plans. His many years of experience in developing emerging companies, along with his passionate interest in the converging world of digital media solutions, makes him the ideal person for charting new territory for our tribe of storytellers. As Managing Director of Norwich Group International, concentrating on corporate finance and international business development, Phil brings a robust rolodex and savvy corporate and investment banking competency to IDEAS

Phil first came to IDEAS as a client back in the company’s Disney days, but over the successive years, he has watched us grow and mature as both creators and as a company. In 2007 and 2008 Phil worked and consulted with Founder and Chief Storytelling Officer Bob Allen on the strategic planning and corporate financing of IDEAS recent growth before joining IDEAS officially in early 2009. Phil was most recently CEO of Cyber Operations, a global network security and advanced digital media technology provider, whose customers include multi-industry enterprises and government agencies.
