Caroline is a Florida native who, after starting her career as a high school history teacher, moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida and get her Masters Degree in Instructional Design. As an avid learner, she has remarkable patience in listening to the needs of clients in order to best assess what they are truly looking for and how to deliver according to those requirements. Perhaps that patience is due to her growing up in a family of 9 kids. Caroline loves to run on her feet as much as she loves to race her fingers across the keyboard writing, as part of the IDEAS Learning Team. Caroline is the co-creator of TeacherStudio and has also been involved with projects for Hill-Rom, Ascension Health, and Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) to name a few.
