Community Service

IDEAS has, over 10+ years, made deep connections in our community. I love the fact that as I write this, Shirley Decker is hosting a meeting of the WMFE development committee in our StoryLab where yesterday, our CEO Phil Ruggieri chaired a meeting for Florida Special Olympics and tonight I’ll be in a creative work session with United Cerebral Palsy of Central Florida. Almost every person on the IDEAS team has adopted community service with a passion from “Scooters for Hooters” to serving dinner at the Women’s Residential and Counseling  Center just around the corner, to Little Dog Rescue, to a wonderful recent opportunity to create videos for Grace Medical Home and the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida. Company has the same root as compassion. I’m very grateful to be part of a real community and for the chance we get to serve.

  1. Bob,
Thanks for being a legacy to the community. Nonprofits need to be story tellers to the community – about the past, present and of course about how the future will be better through thier work and the work of thier Boards of Directors and friends like you.
