Our Business

We are a multi-million dollar company. Our clients are a healthy mix of repeat, multi-year engagements, and brand new relationships. We have 24 full time team members, and 50+ talented freelance professionals. That makes us very nimble and very scalable!

Our Deliverables

We help build, for our clients, key elements of their business story. If their brand is not well, we help redefine it. If their employees need immersive training, we define it, build it and help deliver it. If a powerful new product is coming to market, we construct its story, purpose it for the right communication channels, and help launch it!

We help organizations create and communicate their story to their employees, clients, and guests. We enhance experiences for guests, employees, patients and doctors in resorts, organizations and health care facilities. And finally, we create media of any kind that entertains, teaches/trains or markets.

IDEAS is an acronym that stands for Innovation, Design, Entertainment, Art, and Storytelling. We see the world as being full of stories and the powerful use of “story” is at the core of everything we do regardless of whether the final product is a training web site, TV show, creative design concept,  immersive learning environment, exhibit, theme park, or corporate image piece. Our staff includes a collection of creative talent with more than three hundred years of aggregate experience in the creative development, production, and post production of high-quality television, film, audio, multi-media productions, and themed environments.

Our company is made up of four divisions: Innovation, Learning, the Hot House, and our Studio.

IDEAS Innovation offers a proprietary suite of story-based tools to analyze and develop solutions to enhance brand identity, create new marketing tools, enculturate organizational change, design and deliver intentional experiences, and generate and instill immersive environments.

IDEAS Learning creates both custom and original learning products for both on-line (eLearning) and face-to-face training and learning.

IDEAS Hot House produces original film, television, on-line and digital media for the worldwide market.

And IDEAS Studio creates the media products for the other divisions of IDEAS as well as serves as a traditional “post house” for third party clients for corporate and broadcast markets.
